Easy to install - didn't take me much time at all. I plan to use this with free weights like dumbbells and a curling bar. I'll try out the leg part but can only do 1 leg at a time. I don't think it will support much weight. I don't see much benefit to me for using the pull ropes included. I purchased a separate set of pull ropes that provide all sorts of different resistance for training. Easy to adjust for incline or decline of the bench. Also easy to collapse to store which I don't plan to use often. I've used it a few times already and have no complaints except it may be a little small for me.

Great bench that is easy to fold and store inside closet. It is easy to fold and unfold under 30 seconds. Its unique in a way that the back portion has a slight arch to it (see image) which allows for more comfortable ergonomic workout. Thus far holds well. Would recommend for home workouts.

Product is good! The only issue is the padding on the legs is pretty thin, my legs were hurting shortly into my abdominal workout. You’ll need to add more cushion to the hamstring and toe region for it to be comfortable. But the product is pretty good for home workouts.

Been doing dumbbell press on bench with 60lbs dumbbells and have had no problems. I do think the arm curl pad may not be to study, a lot of creeks and sounds only curling with a 20lb dumbbell.

So far so good! Super easy assemble. You have to remove the leg press to get it to fold up properly. There are times where I think the bench may try to fold up on me, but I may just need to put a pin in somewhere. Otherwise it’s PERFECT! Hits all my requirements. The padding is great. The style is great. I’m a satisfied customer and it didn’t take long at all to receive. I ordered it on a Thursday and got it on Saturday. Beautiful! Update! There are pins that you place in the bench to stabilize it. I’ve since bought bands and attach them to the bench for flys, etc. it’s an amazing addition to my at home workouts!

The bench came with everything that the image showed, except leg weights. For someone that is starting to use weight like myself, I found it perfect. The only thing that is less than average are the elastic bands which are very flimsy providing no resistance what so ever. I substituted with resistance tubing and reuse the handles and anchors.

It is a great bench. It does everything I need it to. Incline, decline, flat. Can’t find weight plates for the quad lift but that is not the primary purpose of the bench. It is great for the money. Easy to assemble and adjust.

Bought this for my home gym because it has a leg extension and preacher support. Only complaints I have are: 1. The pins used to hold movable parts and lockouts are not the best. 2. It doesn’t come with the picture of the 15 workouts.
