At Warehouses Choice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with this policy. Please review it carefully before initiating a return.
Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. To be eligible for a return, items must:

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be received by the store within this timeframe to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return instructions and indicate that you are requesting an exchange. Replacement items will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returned items. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Restocking fees do not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Inspection & Eligibility
Returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet eligibility criteria may be refused, delayed, or returned to the customer at their expense.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are processed within 10 business days after the item is inspected. The refund will reflect any applicable restocking fees. You will receive a notification once the refund is issued. Please note that bank or payment processor delays may apply.
Original Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are not refundable for non-defective items. Exceptions apply for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, report it within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Items that are used, altered, or missing components or packaging cannot be returned.
Abuse of Return Policy
We reserve the right to refuse returns for suspected fraud or abuse. Excessive return activity may result in account restrictions.
Final Sale Items
We do not offer final sale items. All eligible products purchased from Warehouses Choice can be returned or exchanged according to our Return & Refund Policy, subject to the standard eligibility requirements.
