Shipping policy

At Warehouses Choice, we are committed to providing transparent, reliable, and efficient shipping for all our customers. We strive to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service for every order.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders with delivery addresses outside the United States will not be fulfilled.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed after the daily cutoff time may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframe
All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping with an estimated transit time of 4–8 business days. The total estimated delivery time, including both processing and shipping, is 5–11 business days. Please note that these estimates are approximate; delivery is not guaranteed.

Delivery Method / Carriers
We use reputable shipping partners, primarily DHL Express and UPS, and provide tracked shipping whenever possible. Carrier selection is based on delivery speed, cost, and service availability.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all eligible domestic orders. Shipping fees, taxes, and additional charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout. Minimum order values may apply for promotional offers.

Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided once your order has shipped. You will receive notifications via email with tracking details. Please allow time for carrier updates to appear in the system.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is delayed or returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Delivered but Not Received
If a package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and provide assistance.

Failed Delivery Attempts
Undeliverable packages may be returned to us by the carrier. Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded according to the return policy.

PO Boxes & Special Addresses
We ship to PO boxes, military addresses, and parcel lockers when supported by the carrier. Some restrictions may apply depending on the shipping method.

Partial Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Delivery Responsibility Transfer
Liability for the package transfers to the customer once the carrier marks it as delivered. Proof of delivery, as provided by the carrier, is considered valid.

Delays Disclaimer
Delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, peak seasons, or system outages. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by uncontrollable events, including natural disasters, strikes, or other emergencies.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled before processing. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed, and the return policy will apply for any unwanted items.
