When the peddle that came with the bike was the wrong size, they very quickly sent the right size. They were very easy to deal and took care of the problem very quickly, so we could enjoy the bike.

Put it together in about 30 minutes using the tools provided and hopped on. Rode about 15 minutes so far for a little over 5 miles. Used the arm tension cables during the ride off and on. Got off and folded the spinner disc down getting a good stretch and love handle work out. The disc is a little flimsy and you can feel the rollers underneath while spinning from side to side. The elastic tension is not adjustable so wasn't as much of a workout as I am used to. Needless to say, it is a good alternative indoor activity for me and my lifestyle. Pros: takes up small space, seems to function well so far, and provides a good workout that had consistent heart rate with my Galaxy Active watch so that works too. Not sure if I was using it every day for all of my fitness how much I would love it but again for me it should work well. Cons are there is a little basket that attaches to the frame in the picture that cannot stay in place when folding so I had to put it under the computer part. Works good to hold my galaxy buds and hook my towel on. Tablet/phone ledge isn't that big so my galaxy tab doesn't fit well with the case. Again, this will not be for extreme fitness daily like in a gym but should work well for snow days and breaking up other physical activities. Impressed so far!! UPDATE: I have put another 30 miles on it and still completely silent and comfortable. Really enjoying it and so glad I purchased.

It’s been around a month since I purchased this, and so far I’m very satisfied!When you fold the body twisting component on the bike, it is about 20 inch W & 40 inch L, so it’s a perfect compact size for my living space(1000 sq ft.). I can work out while watching TV since it fits just perfectly next to my couch. Also, it is super quiet and not heavy to move around. Which is exactly what I was looking for, when searching for a stationary bike.One unfortunate thing was that the reset button on the monitor was DOA, but the company sent me a replacement monitor right away after I contacted them. Their contact info was provided on paper inside the box.I really recommend this to anyone looking for a compact, inexpensive, and quiet bike!

I'm a plus size girl and the seat is comfortable, rides smooth and you can't hear the fly wheel at all. Easy to move from storage to wherever you want to use it. UPS destroyed the shipping box and the Exercise Bike had no damage. The resistance isn't for someone who wants an extreme challenge but if you're just starting your fitness routine or wanting to maintain during quarantine this is the ticket.

Let's be honest after the pandemic hit, I like many others was hesitant to go back to the gym; but this bike literally solves all my problems. I LOVE that you not only bike, but use the rotating disc (for hips) and the resistance bands for your arm workout as well. Bike is so silent! Tracks mileage, calories burned, time, heartrate, etc. Love how many levels of resistance it has as well. Only downside, is that it is very sensitive, meaning it will turn on (screen) just by walking by it; which can be somewhat creepy at times (per my spouse lol).

I am preparing for knee surgery so I needed something I would be able to use to not only strengthen my legs, but keep the weight off. Directions were okay...the diagrams and explanations of the bolts were confusing and not all seemed to fit properly, but its sturdy none the less! The rotating disc is a tad wonky...mine is a bit bent, but I can still rotate. The resistance bands could have had a bit more resistance. Easy to get on and off. You will need 2 triple A batteries for the screen!

It's quite, compact, great for many different kinds of work puts, comfortable and just great. The only problem I had was the instructions to assemble it were a bit muddled but YouTube helped greatly and it's not too complicated to begin with.
