Was a little intense to put together, but it is sturdy and works well. I am enjoying it.

Very impressed with this ab machine. Very easy to put together. It took about 30 minutes. Very smooth. Well worth the money.

I love it! I am 256 pounds and it is strudy and handles my bodyweight with ease! It is better than the one at the gym becuz the knee rest is spongy and comfortable vs. Hard plastic. A wonderful product!

This thing is great! I like the focus a lot on my abs and while I was doing that I noticed that you work out all your muscles. I’ve lost a lot of weight and I plan on posting pictures soon

Excellent. Easy to assemble. Had it done in 10 minutes. Use caution though, this piece of equipment really works those abs. First time I used it I was pretty sore the next day. But it is such a great part of my workout. And bonus, I never have to lay down on the floor to do crunches ever again.

When I saw the weight of this unit, I was skeptical about the sturdiness. When it arrived and I put it together I found it was well designed. The structure was solid and the assembly instructions were on point. Do not tighten anything until all bolts are in place.
As for the workout, you get the best workout when you follow the directions. This is not a swing-lift your legs slowly and you will feel the effect. Used a similar device at PF and that lead me to purchase this unit.
Fully satisfied.

This exercise machine is a great piece of equipment at a good cost. It’s not super bulky which is something I like but it’s an effective little machine

Love it! My brother and I went half on this for our mom to add to her at home gym setup and it was actually pretty easy to put together. Make sure not to hold the middle of the seat piece while assembling bc yes I did that and moved my hand just in time to save the rest of my hand while knicking a couple fingers/knuckles and omg that hurt so bad! My brother was like I saw that coming smh annoying. Don’t make that (obvious) mistake that I did. Anyway, we got it assembled waaay faster than the maxi climber we got her and omg I wish I had enough space in my apartment for this! I would definitely buy one for myself but don’t have the space :(. I was looking at another just like this I think its called abcoaster or by them but yeah it’s about $100 more but it wouldn’t have arrived in time for Christmas which is why I got this one and honestly I love this one and it’s cheaper! The seat is movable where you can swivel it to the right or left to hit your obliques. This machine gives a great core workout and you feel it in your arms and legs as well and ugh!! I wish I had the space for it!

This thing works great - im 6 foot about 240 and have to go to a chiropracter sometimes for hip displaysia - this not only allows me to work my abs without hurting my back or sciatic nerve, it actually has been strengethening the part of my back that was causing the problems in the first place - i will never do a normal sit up or leg lift again

It really works! But it’s not very sturdy.

It’s a great product! Easy to ensemble and great quality!

Use it every in conjunction with my elliptical and dumbbells , you have to tighten up the screws under the kneeling plate every so often ! That my little to cents .

Seat was not attached and instructions did not outline how to affix. Had to disassemble to attach seat. Counter does advance. Remains at stop on 0.

The ab roller is a sturdy product. Assembly was simple. Having a socket wrench set for assembly is helpful. Great addition to my work out routine.

Have to say that this item was above my expectations. Great material and easy assemble.

This machine is very nice. Great advice to put all the screws into place before tightening. I was able to put this machine together by myself in about 30 minutes. While I wouldn't say it's premium gym-quality, I would say that it is pretty good quality for home gym use. It is sturdy enough and the seat is actually very comfortable and I feel that I get a good ab workout with it. I love the flexibility to also work my obliques. I was also able to use the free weights and standard weight clips that I already owned to add extra weight to challenge my workout. Overall, I am thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend this ab machine.

I love this thing! You can really feel it working. It took me about 20 minutes to put together. The instructions aren’t extremely clear but if you have common sense you can figure it out with a little effort. The timer works. The knee rest swivels or doesn’t, as it should. I’m 5’5” and 125lbs and the height is just right. My 11 and 12 year old even like it. I’m happy with this purchase and think it would make a great addition to anyone’s home gym.

I’m not one to write reviews but read many before making a purchase. I was so uncertain with this purchase as it had no reviews but I am extremely pleased and so content with this machine. I get a crazy workout and can’t wait to see the results.

So far so good it really works the stomach muscles.

This ab machine is awesome! Instructions for assembly are ok, but not great. That being said, it is pretty easy to see how to assemble it. I assembled it in 20-minutes or less using the tools they included.
It is pretty lightweight, but it feels durable at the same time. I assembled it on the porch (b/c I was waiting on someone), and then carried inside to the room I wanted to use it in. It has rollers on one end, but they are quite small. They would probably work ok for moving it if the room it is in has smooth floors. (I haven’t needed to move it since assembling it and bringing it indoors.) The floor is smooth in the room I placed it in. All of the other rooms are either stone, or tile, and I didn’t think the small rollers would work well on those surfaces. For me, that is a really small thing and not worth taking off any stars.
Multiple family members have been using it. Everyone loves it, and seems like it should have a long life span. Of those using it, body weights have ranged from 130 - 185 pounds.
As far as the workout goes, you can feel it in more than just your abs. So, that is a bonus. The pad your shins rest on is comfortable for both shins and knees. The equipment operates smoothly. Also, its design keeps undue stress off of your back. I am really happy with my purchase, and feel like it was a good deal.
