This was a Birthday present & I was very excited to try it. I have chronic pain in my neck & back and have had back surgery. This chair helps, the massage is great! The zero gravity is awesome because it distributes your weight so it gives you a deeper massage. I didn't realize it would massage so strong. Having the blue tooth connection is a added bonus. I have had it for a couple weeks and would definitely recommend to others.

My husband and I have started working out a lot more. With that, comes sore muscles. Well, this chair is a life saver. We fight over who gets to use it first. It really helps work out the soreness. And it helps with general relaxing. I like to use it right before bed to help me get relaxed and fall asleep!

Worth the wait! Instant pain relief and soooo comfortable. Be patient with shipping as it comes in 3 boxes so they come on different days but the seller was very responsive and assured me the product would arrive before Christmas and it did! 2 adults required to assemble, take your time and have patience. Massage features are great. Love the foot rollers, arm massage pillows, and back rollers. I'm a bit short 5'4" so the neck massager is too high (rubs the back of my head) unless I prop myself up on a large pillow or I put a pillow over the neck rollers and get a soft head rub. The heater is a bit strong, I shut it down after a few minutes. Assembly is not that hard if you make sure everything is in its proper position before you try to screw stuff in. Overall I think it's a great deal.

Finally got my massage chair in time for Christmas! Shipping was very fast. Received 3 boxes in 2 separate days. Chair was pretty easy to assemble. Just follow all the instructions that come with it! Excellent materials used — not those thin leather-like materials. So far, the chair functions well and does the job. I’m using it almost everyday for max of 30 minutes per session. If I want a longer session, I let it rest for a couple of minutes first then start again. I just thought it’d be better not to use it continuously for longer period of time so as not to overheat. I also really love the aesthetics of this chair!

We were looking for a good massage chair that wasn't going to cost us thousands of dollars. This turned out to be a solid option for us. It arrived in 3 boxes and was pretty easy to assemble (15-20 mins of setup). It provides a nice overall massage. I agree with other reviewers that this may not be ideal for taller people, as the leg section doesn't extend very much when using the zero gravity feature. However, again, at this price point, this chair met our expectations, and we are happy with our purchase. We were also happy with the customer service -- our delivery was delayed due to the busy holiday season (which we understand was outside of the company's control). They were very nice and easy to communicate with.

Just received this chair. It took my husband and I 1.5 hours to put together only because we didn't see the arm airbag cords so we had it hooked up wrong. The only negative is if your shorter than 6 ft, like I am, you won't get the benefit of the shoulder airbags. It was inflating next to my neck area. Also the neck rollers were behind my head. I may need a booster seat. Everything else was wonderful. I tried all the different auto settings and found that I liked the "sleep" one the best. No buyers remorse here. Love it

Best purchase i've made in a long time, been using this a month now and it's helped so much for my back and leg pain. The foot rollers feel amazing on the bottom of my feet! Only thing I wish it had was knee area massage. Came in 3 boxes and was super easy to assemble, took maybe 10-20 mins tops. Moving it around is fairly simple cause it has wheels in the back. pretty comfortable, could use a little more padding in the back but i just laid a blanket over the back and feels much better. The leather it is made of us super easy to clean as well which is great cause my 3 year old already got chocolate all over it and it wipe off super easy. Also great customer service!

After doing a lot of research on these machines, I was a little apprehensive in purchasing this.. However it arrived on time, was easy to install and works a treat. The lower body is very strong, the upper body is lighter (would be nice if it was stronger) and the neck area was pretty ineffective. But overall, it's definitely very relaxing + offers a good middle to lower back experience so I'd say does the trick. It also rotates horizontally which is really useful, to help you relax. The remote is super easy to use, the automatic program settings are also easy. While there is no perfect machine, for the price (in comparison to the others I read about), I'd definitely recommended it.

Bought the chair primarily for my son. Also, both me and my wife are using the chair as well. A few notes: 1) Assembly - The chair is relatively easy to assemble. I was a little worried about how hard it would be to assemble, but I put it together fairly quickly. 2) Massaging power - Covers all the bases as far as massage areas. I wish the upper back area was a little stronger, but overall my son is happy and so are we. 3) Comfort - The chair is really comfortable. My son fell asleep the first time he used it. 4) Size - really nice and compact size. Able to fit in a pretty small area of my home office.

I bought this chair for husband and in laws who all have issues with their back. My mother was the first to hop in. I came home from work with a huge smile on her face while getting her massage I'm the chair. Over all, husband says this is our best but this year. Awesome massage chair for the price. Purchased for my mother for her birthday and she is very happy with it! I am 6” and it feels amazing. My mother is 5’4” and she has to sit on a small pillow for the neck massager to hit in the right spot. She has commented multiple times that it is amazing and she feels so relaxed afterwards. The blutooth speaker is also fairly impressive for a massage chair (never had another chair with a speaker). If your contemplating buying this massage chair, just do it.

I recommended this chair to my mom after sitting in my sister in law’s parents’ chair similar to this one some time ago. She is older and has immense pain in her back, hips and thighs so we thought this chair might help since nothing short of surgery has. She has had it for a week now and I asked her if she has noticed any difference in her pain level and she told me yes. Was truly a blessing to hear that because her last massage chair basically just made noise and vibrated and gave the illusion it was doing something. That chair was also considerably less money but as they say you do get what you pay for.

Great value for the money. As I read in reviews before purchasing. I too wish I were taller from my waist up. The neck rollers hit the back of my head. So I just sit on a pillow and suck it up. I mean it’s an awesome chair for 600 bucks. The assembly instructions however..what the heck. Just no... look at the pictures don’t try to read anything. I’m going to contact the seller and make a deal with them to re write the instructions to match the pictures. Also mine came a little bent and scoffed at the spot where the wheel goes in. Might need to upgrade packaging where it gets dropped on the corners. All in all totally happy ; )

The price for this chair is amazing for what you get. The wife is a few months pregnant and she laughed at me when I bought this chair for the media room. I can't get her out of it! Airborne for 20 years and a lot of back pain and I'm not a pill guy so this fits the bill. I like that the legs extend by pushing down on them when you go Zero G. The back does need a little more padding it is basically a piece of vinyl over the rollers. I threw a fleece blanket in there and call it done.

I have tried similar massage chairs, but they didn't seem to massage the neck very well. This chair massages from the neck down to the feet as described in the product description. This is a pretty sophisticated piece of massager for the price. It was pretty easy to assemble, except the instructions about attaching the srm rest could be clearer (you need to move the backrest a bit in front so the screws align ) apart from that,it was very easy to assemble. Easier to assemble with two people but it's doable even single handed. The music speakers are really good and easy to connect via Bluetooth and play. I loved the arms and Back massage the best. The zero gravity position makes u feel very pampered. Our home is already sought after by our friends so they can all come use the massager! If it continues to last as it has now, it's totally worth the buy!!!! Try it out.

Great massage especially for the price. I'm a little tall for it at 6'3 but still is a great massage. I actually bought it for my wife and she is 5' and she uses it 2x a day and absolutley loves it. I absolutely love this chair. This full body massage gave me an out of body experience. I felt myself being relieved from the daily stress and pain I've become so accustomed to. Even if just for the15 minute cycle, during that 15 minutes, I felt amazing, and admittedly I restarted the cycle, trying out variations of the countless different settings. I don't know how I've made it without one of these thrones for so long, but now that I've experienced the wonderful contraption, I shall NEVER be without one again.

I work in an ambulance, lifting heavy patients all the time. My back hurts 24/7 and Ibuprofen has become my daily remedy for temporary pain and inflammation relief. I decided I was going to make the leap and invest in myself, so I bought this chair! BEST DECISION I EVER MADE! I went from waking up in pain to waking up with almost zero pain in the first week. I do NOT regret this purchase! My only con is that the neck massager is a bit to high up for someone who is 5’3”, it reaches the base of my skull. If I sit on a pillow it solves that problem. This is a pretty basic massage chair with zero-gravity features. I am 6'4" and it works fine in all aspects but I wish that it reached higher on my neck. For shorter users, this shouldn't be a problem.

The" Full Body Electric Zero Gravity Shiatsu Massage Chair" was a birthday present for my wife, and she loved it! It arrived in three packages (delivered at different times by FedEx). The chair was well-packaged, arrived intact, and unpacked easily. The assembly manual was pictorial, directions and steps clear and easy to follow. The only necessary tool for assembly, a hex wrench, was included. Assembly took less than 20 minutes, and when I plugged the chair in, it worked perfectly! This from someone who dreads assembling things!

Purchased the zero-gravity massage chair, two weeks ago and arrived a week early, faster than it was projected. It is beyond amazing, my family love the massage chair especially for my grandson, have to wait in line to use it. Although it is design for adults it can used also for petite sizes just add pillows to sit on. The massage chair arrived in three boxes but was easy to assemble just follow the instruction. Just need to recommend about the control, better if it is illuminated especially at night other than that it works great.

This is a really good chair. Good comfort, strong massage, and nice 6 settings mode for multiple types of massages. The zero gravity is pretty cool and the back and foot massage are very strong!! The only thing that could improve is the location of the shoulder massage. It only works for tall people. They should allow lower adjustments of those pads. Besides that, everything is perfect and we are very happy with this chair! We used the sleep setting and, after 15 minutes we slept like an angel ;-)

We got this for my father and so happy it was delivered in three boxes (2 boxes came first and the large box just came today). Please check the box flaps for the instructions- we found it hidden underneath the flap so it does come with instructions! Easy to install, 30 minutes and instructions were clear. Very sturdy and nicely built. Foot and back roller feels nice and even has a heat function This is budget friendly and would recommend!

This chair came in three different packages however it was rather easy to build even without looking at the directions. Once built and connected to a power outlet operation is rather easy with the built in remote and the zero gravity feature is just great after a long day or if you're like me and have back problems taking a couple sessions a day will help you have a better quality of life. I highly recommend this for the price as it also has a bluetooth speaker built-in, you can listen to your favorite music, podcast, or even put relaxation mixes on while you drown out the noise of the world and enjoy your massage.

The chair came in three different box we thought it’s going to be very difficult to assemble but in reality it’s very easy to assemble. I have back pain very long it helped me lot for my back pain. Awesome chair, delivered a week before delivery date!!! Massage is amazing, feet feature is my favorite, lower back to the neck, arm, shoulders! The works. Easy assemble, hoses were a little difficult to push together but over all simple picture assembly!!! My husband is 6'2 and he's a little tall for it, I'm 5'4 and a little short but still works great, just position til you're comfy.

I need to admit that my first experience with the chair was a little bit rough. But it arrived faster than I expected which was nice. After assembling the chair, it wouldn't turn on (which I though may have been a voltage problem since I live in an old house with inconsistent grounding), given that it was bulky, I needed to take it back apart and try in a grounded outlet. No dice. So I got a hold of customer service who helped me diagnose and fix the issue (a wire got disconnected, likely during shipping). Since I got it working it has been pretty awesome. Blutooth speaker works great, multiple settings work great and the heater and Zero G features are really nice touches too. Awesome chair.

My wife and i have been talking about getting a massage chair for about 3 years. we have been to almost every massage chair store you can imagine here in Texas. i compared this chair with many others that i have seen in stores. i actually saw this same chair in a well known massage chair store for the whopping price of $2800. i found it on WarehousesChoice.com for $999. what a deal the only difference i had to put it together. i wasn't fearful because i like putting things together. when it came in i had it together and using it within 45min. 3 parts to assemble sooooooo simple to put together. in closing you can pay the extra $2000 to have them put it together but is that really worth it. Or just have a family member assembly and tell them they can use it whenever they want lol.

I assembled the chair myself not too bad and the instruction were clear. I would recommend connecting the air hose on the arm rest before screwing them in. The Chair has a good quality look and feel. Everything worked after the first attempt. You do need a cushion to boost up to the neck and shoulder massage if your shorter then 5'9". Im 5' 5" 185Ib and fit comfortably.. Bluetooth speaker and pairing worked better then expected and the heat on your back was a nice touch. All in all I do recommend this massage chair, its a fair price for all the features and look.

I fell in love with massage chairs, after my experience in the UK in December 2019, when I was in heaven-getting massaged in a similar chair at a best friend's house. I asked the price and it was the equivalent of some $7,500 that he had paid for it, as a gift for his mother. Needless to say, this is an incredible product, that I bought a fraction of the price he paid. It is the gift that keeps on giving. My favorite is the foot rollers massaging my bare feet after a long days work, and also the zero gravity, and also the back, and also the fact that you can easily tilt it up, from the back and move it easily on it's wheels, it is a lot lighter than it looks, and also..... The downside of it is that the shoulders and head massages are too far apart for me, but I will work on adjusting that. To me, unbelievable price for money. As you can see in the pictures, it is front and center between the furniture. It has obviated the need to go to Cineapolis to get a similar experience in their luxury section. I sink into the chair and enjoy Netflix thrillers...and forget the world.

Received the chair in 3 boxes on the same day. Easy to put together. I am an RN and have a pretty stressful life. When i used the chair for the first time, i could feel the tension being released. Not only physical but mentally. This was my time only, didn’t have to think about what was going on outside my door. This is the best medicine i could give myself. I always wanted to get the massage chair but they were always too expensive for me. And I found this massage chair that's at affordable price. I wasn't sure how it will work out but I just had to buy it because I wanted the massage chair so bad. Shipping was faster than I expected and they arrived in three boxes. Assembly wasnt that hard. The instruction was nicely written with pictures and each parts had clean look so it wasn't that complicated. There were only few wires to connect and only few screws to put. This is the first massage chair I have owned at this price level. Literally put it together about 15 mins before typing this review. Shipping: It comes in 3 seperate boxes. The one I had tracking info on was for the final box. Took about 5 days to get all 3 boxes. It was packaged carefully. I did receive a damaged piece. As you can see in the picture. Other than that it was how it should be. Assembly: It took about 25mins to completely put together. The instructions help but they are kind of vague. Not too bad though. If you've put things together before, you'll be fine. Product: It's brand new and upon the first massage it is promising to look forward too on those stressful days. Cleaning up after a workout and then decompressing in this thing are going to be amazing. It's a perfect substitute to a couple shots of whiskey (might do both). It's a quality product that matches the higher priced competition. Loads of options. You're getting more than you paid for. Saves from scheduling a massage.

I got this as a gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it. I am convinced I will lose him to the chair, I got a chair as a competition now. I make appointments with him and use it once in a while and it is amazing. And it is beautiful which makes me happy to make it fit in with the decor of the house. The chair arrived 12 days prior to the website saying it will arrive which was a great surprise. My husband figured out how to put it together very quickly, though it was heavy it was still easy to assemble. This is our 3rd massage chair in 15 years. This chair has much better technology that the others and cost MUCH LESS than the first two, one of which cost over $5000 and the other cost $2,500.00. After several weeks of daily use I have started feeling remarkably better. I had a stroke two years ago and have struggled with my balance and have been using a cane. As of this week, I no longer have to use the walking cane to keep my balance! I massage for at least one hour per day in the chair and use a different automatic setting (there are 7) each day. I think the Full Body Electric Zero Gravity Massage Chair has really helped me heal.

I’ve been trying out a lot of massage chairs at Costco or wherever I see one on display. Most of them are on the $3K and above and I was almost ready to give up on them as I’m not prepared to spend that much. Finally I noticed an ad while browsing the web about low cost massage chairs. I continue browsing and comparing features and prices and had to convince my wife to buy this...she gets to choose the color. Don’t be deceived by the price as it performs very well… very much comparable to those high priced ones I’ve tried. I opted to install it myself and it was a breeze. By the way, the delivery was excellent as it arrived 3 days ahead of schedule. The bluetooth speaker is located somewhere at the back base of the machine and doesn’t provide quality sound compared to a headset but at least it is available. The lack of user’s manual is a downside as it takes a while to familiarize with the several features and controls. I am Asian on a 5’5” built and feel comfortable on it. I think even a taller with bigger built would feel the same comfort. The machine could be left off on a zero gravity level thus be able to sleep on it. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend it. Thank you.

I wanted to buy a massage chair for my wife for her birthday. She particularly wanted something with leg and foot massage. I studied all the options for weeks, and finally settled on this one. The product arrived in about 7-10 days roughly in three shipments. Even before putting it together, we both love the color (Khaki) of the chair. The assembly is simply. I, like other reviews, did find that two screws on the arm portion of the chair were slightly misaligned and it took 20 minutes just to get those two screws in. Probably altogether it was a 45 minute set-up. When I got it together, the remote did not work. I called customer support and left a message. They called back the same day, late on Saturday and helped me to get it going. The connecting wire fell out of the motherboard that operated the remote. It was an easy fix and was good because I got to see the internals. This system looks robust. I think whoever assembled it just did not press it in hard enough, because it clicks and holds well. I am sure that will not be a problem long term and it's good to know that customer support will help and has knowledge of how to get you up and running quickly. On to the massage. At first my wife and I were a little disappointed. She is 5'4 and I am 5'10. We are pretty average, but the neck massager was on my head and my knees were slightly bunched up (maybe by 1"). The next day we put a couch pillow on the seat and it fixed everything. My knees are not bunched, and the shoulder massagers are not awkwardly placed. This chair is made for the masses, so don't expect everything to line up. I don't blame the chair, it's just nature of the beast unless you want to pay $4k or $5k. This chair has a TON of features and is solidly built for sub $1k range. If you run into this problem, just grab a cushion and either place it on the seat or behind the head. Either way works and you will get a great massage focusing on different areas. We are on day four of using the machine and it constantly has people in and out of the chair. What we love - The heat function is amazing. It heats both the back and the calves. The compression is good too. It relieves muscles well. It perhaps could hold a bit longer per cycle, but it's still really good. The value is great. We paid around $730 for this, and it looks good, is solidly built and has every function we wanted. This is easily worth the money. The customer service was on top of it and fixed the problem. The chair is solid. No one knows if something will last, but the parts are solid and the faux-leather and surface are quality. I will probably try to put a faux leather conditioner or baby oil on it once every couple months to keep it looking good, but this looks and feels well built. The middle back rollers are the best. I am not crazy about the bottom one and the top one, but again, it's built for everyone, not custom made. The 8 rollers in the center along with the heat melt back tension. Room for improvement - The proportions are a little weird. The height that it is built for is not bad. It will accommodate most average sized people, but the legs are a little short, whereas the torso is too long for the average person. When you read other reviews and see that, it's not that most are too big, it's just that the proportions are not quite right. 80% of this issue can be solved with a pillow, but if the company wants to fix this on a future model it would be welcome. - screw alignment is a little wonky, but it's only two screws and you only have to set it up once. It's a minor annoyance. - The top and bottom rollers stick out more than the middle rollers. The bottom digs in a little much for me, but again the pillow at the base of the seat solved that. The top neck rollers are not really too large as they are too high. I think these need to come down some on a future model. Again, the pillow at the seat solves this. - I love the compression from the airbags. It's one of my favorite things, but perhaps add in one of the six functions include one that spends more time in the compression state. This would just be a personal request. It would be more of a good thing. 5-star experience. We are happy and highly recommend this unit. It is one of the cheapest units, but it is not low-end. Is it a $5k unit, no it is not, but that would be like comparing a Honda's functions to a Porsche. They are not the same. If you can afford a $5 unit, go for it, and I am sure you will be happy. I can't afford a Porsche, but this Honda price-tag gives me an Acura quality feel. It's a 5-star experience, it's a great seat and is priced well under its value.

Bought it for my parents, they are old and often feel back shoudler pain. After the chair delivered, my husband and I put it together, not take much time. And then, my parents enjoy it, at first, they feel it is strong and choose another gentle mode, easy to understand and operate, they told us their body feel pain relief after massage. will update it in the future.

So I will be breaking this down in a few sections. Assembly: The instructions are not the greatest, but it was actually extremely easy to assemble. Love this massage chair and can't beat the price. Very easy to use. Assembling the chair is pretty simple. I got it up and running within 15 minutes. Comes with easy to follow instructions. It was even printed in color. Bluetooth was really good. Loud and clear. Only down side was there isn't much of a bass. Massage is so great. You can set the time for 10 minutes and up to 30 minutes. It does from the bottom of your feet, calves, thighs, back, shoulders, and neck

I bought this chair for my husband and he loves it! Overall it is an awesome massage chair. The chair came in 3 boxes, two came on Monday and the third came on Tuesday. I was worried that the third box would not come in, so I emailed the company and they got back to me right away with all three boxes tracking numbers. We thought that was excellent customer service! Assembly was fast and easy! The only things that we did not like about the chair, is that there is not a lot of padding on the back. Which means that if you don’t want an intense massage, this chair is not for you. Even on the most mild setting for your back it is still pretty intense (which my husband loves, but is a bit much for me). Also, the base of the chair came in with a little bit of damage. The wheel axle was bent and we had to unbend it ourselves in order to attach the wheels. But, the chair is great for the price and I would buy it again and recommend it to friends!

My husband was in a car accident and goes to physical therapy. I decided to buy this chair for him after he fell in love with a really expensive one at a store. He loves this thing and it's 1/6 the price of the one in the store. I can't get him out the chair. It wasn't a hassel to put together, either.
