Q: How to adjust the height of steel pipe?

A: You can adjust the height through the threaded adjustment rod at the top.

Q: How to convert the static and rotation mode?

A: There are two screws at the bottom of the pipe, and you can adjust it by tightening (for static mode) or loosening (for rotation mode).

Q:Mine doesn't spin at all?

A:Did you remove the 2 little screws on the bottom for it to spin? The pole is stuck if it is not line up correctly and install on the ceiling beam. Did you loosen the flange nut on the black height adjuster?

Q:Everywhere in my bed room it isn't straight all the way what to do?

A:You could cut a piece of wood the size of the dome or round part that goes against the ceiling screwed the wood into the beam then put my pole on that it works.

Q:My pole makes a clicking noise when it turns. How can I fix this?

A:Just needed to tighten it more. Or you can take it down and reinstall it. Make sure it's on a beam so when it's tight enough it doesn't damage your ceiling.

Love this pole it spins really fast . The set up was simple if you read the instructions ! Make sure u measure your ceiling before buying it . Thank god it has an extra extension I can use in my bedroom if I decide to move my pole .

Confusing to put up at first but now that I got it up, all seems well. Love it! I have a low popcorn ceiling in a carpeted apt. I put a piece of cardboard at the top to protect the ceiling.

New to pole work, I ordered this dance pole and it came within a week! Shipping was very nice, my box wasn’t damaged and there wasn’t anything on the box stating what was inside! Super modest packaging. It’s going to be a small challenge putting it up, just make 100% sure you do a “hanging weight” test after tightening where you literally grab the pole in static mode and dangle off it to check your tension so there’s absolutely NO wiggle room. Try jerking it out of place, if you can’t, you’ve done well. Use a level, I did and it rotates perfectly! I myself am plus size, I weigh 250Lbs and this supports me well. I feel VERY safe on this. I have yet to do invert tricks on this but am confident it shouldn’t be a problem. I have 89.5inch ceilings from carpet to non popcorn drywall. I did not need an extension but I’m holding on to them in case we move. There’s a rubber ring lining the top and bottom braces of the pole so there will be no damage. It works wonderful on carpet! 100% would buy this again

Love it! Totally sturdy. Was a little weary because it's cheaper than some listed. Has the option to spin or not just by turning some hidden bolts. I didn't end up using a piece because my ceilings aren't super high, but it worked out just fine. Easy to set up and doesn't need to be screwed into anything.. so no holes!

I wasn't quite sure what to expect ordering such a cheap pole. But I figured it was so cheap, there wasn't much to lose, and the reviews were good. Well when I was setting it up, it became very apparent how strong and sturdy the material is. It's very heavy and rigid parts. Currently the only thing about the tension setup that makes me possibly nervous is the ceiling! But nothing is budging, so so far, so good. The silicone grips on the base and ceiling part also grip very securely.

Hey viewers. I would love to let you all know that this pole is definitely worth the money. Shipping was fast. This pole is very sturdy! I weigh 210lbs and I've been doing all types of tricks on this pole and it doesn't move. It was not hard to assemble at all. I did it myself. I have hardwood floors and a smooth ceiling. I had purchased a workout style pole previous to this one and while it claimed to be heavy duty, when it arrived, it was really light weight. I only weight about 140lbs and the max weight stated 220lbs and it ended up breaking after the first time I used it. I purchased this one to replace it, after I healed, and when it arrived, the box was heavy. When I took out all of the pieces, the poles and stands are all heavy, so definitely made me happy about that. When it came to putting it together, it was fairly easy, but did require me to still read the instructions. I put this together in my garage as I had a lot more space than the room it went in. I was able to find a big enough stud that not only holds this pole but there is padding on either end of this pole that it doesn't ruin my floor or ceiling. I haven't used this for a bunch of twirls, but am still learning to climb this. So far, I've had this for about a month and from the day it was installed to today as I'm writing this review, my muscle definition has improved. Before in my arm, I didn't have much definition but since using this, I actually have a line! While I do have some bruises on my legs from hitting this, I am a beginner still, I'm really happy with the fact that I haven't fallen off of this. Really is heavy duty compared to the cheap one I purchased last time.

This is a really nice quality pole set that is height adjustable and can withstand 400 lbs. The pole itself is chrome plated and made of high quality steel. You get the option of having the pole move 360 degrees or you can have it locked into place by tightening the locking hex nut. The pole itself is height adjustable from 88 to 122 inches. The pieces screw together so you can add or remove sections based on your needs. It breaks down and stores compact when not in use and it takes about 10 mins or so to set up. It’s great if you are taking pole dancing lessons or looking to improve your workouts. Great for both professional or home use and it’s a really great value for the price. We set it up and were playing around on it and it didn’t move a bit even with a 175lb guy hanging on it so no worries about it falling over. Just make sure it’s firmly in place and you should be all set. Great for exercise or for a fireman's pole in a kids room this unit is a great deal for the price.

I have FINALLY fulfilled my dream to have a dance pole at home and I could not be happier. I took a pole dancing class a few years back and loved it and have wanted my own pole ever since. This dancing pole is so durable thanks to the 45mm steel tube that it is made from and it has a non-slip surface which really helps hold it in place.
