I actually bought 2 of these. One for my wife and one for me. The jacket appears and feel durable without added weight. It includes already the power bank which is a nice addition. For me the heat is just an added bonus as the jacket is already warm enough. The heat pads are a bit slow to reach its optimum warmth. When the jacket is off, the on/off/heat adjust button flashes a pale red. So I always disconnect the battery when not in use. I just charge the battery at least once a week.

I love that it uses a standard USB so I was able to use the multiple batteries I already had. One downfal is that the material is SUPER thin!! My dog tripped me and I fell on concrete and it has 3 holes! Just from that fall. Definitely fragile material. But it worked great. I am hoping I can find a way to fix the holes.

I was apprehensive to buy this, I was worried it would be gimmicky and would not work. I took the chance and so glad I did. Easy to charge, easy to operate—just give it a few seconds to respond to the battery before it powers up. Three heat settings, which I love, and the fabric is excellent inside and out. I’ve used it at least 40 times and it keeps working perfectly. I’ve washed it—take out the battery— and it looks brand new. Excellent product, I’ll buy another once I finally wear this one out!!

This coat is well made. Luxury soft an is warm even without turning it on. Working on a tarmac is extremely cold in the winter. Having a button to mash for the heat to begin is such a relief. After using the coat a few times it become a worry free work day. It regulates the temperature for you an there is no worry for me about it getting to hot. The customer service is great! Cindy sent a email that helped with the first use of the coat. Moving around a lot at work on occasion I would move the battery from the connection. I contacted the seller and I was sent a battery at no charge and quickly. She followed up with me an extended a helping hand for any future problems. I plan to buy another one of these for a gift. I’m so impressed with this jacket! I purchased it because I strongly dislike cold weather but have to walk my fur baby. I use it without the heat some times and it’s great at blocking wind. I love that it’s secured around the wrist and bottom further blocking cold air from entering. The hood has come in handy. The heat works great! I’m nice and comfortable in the cold weather!! Plus, it’s super cute looks like a regular jacket. The heating operates with a regular usb cord which is great because I use a smaller battery that I have for back up for my phone. The battery that comes with it is nice and I can use it for other stuff. I’m very pleased with this purchase!
I previously tried a different heated jacket. It was very stiff, not very nice looking or fitting, and used a special battery. I returned that one. I’m so glad I did and came across this one.

I tried this heated jacket several time in different temperatures’ days. By the way, I am a person who hates the cold weather but I feel much better with this heated jacket on. The jacket has 3 different levels of heat that can be selected from low, medium, and high. Which is humanity to me. Now, it is still fall in NY. The temperature changes between days and day &night. For several times use, I only chooses the heat level between low to medium. I believe I would enjoy it in the winter. It has a rechargeable battery that holds a charge for some hours maybe up to about 7 on medium. That is totally enough for me. The material is light and soft to touch. There is a light that signifies the level of heat desired is always an ice breaker (No pun intended). Example: blue-low, white-med, red-high. I love it so far.

The batter can last for 7-10 hours depending on the temperature you chose. The jacket is very light and and battery is not heavy. The jacket already blocks wind and with the heat the jacket almost becomes a warm blanket. Definitely a very great jacket.

It's very light, I was wondering if it would be to thick, glad it's . But like I said surprised by it ability to keep me warm.

This product was better than I had expected. I really recommend investing in it. With it being a unisex coat I was a bit leary on the fit but it hugs just where it needs to. There is nothing bulky about it. It's comfortable and heats fast. You can charge your phone while it's on. There is nothing really bad to say about this coat.

This heated jacket is amazing! It is totally lightweight, easy to wash and hang dry, and fits perfectly to allow room for layering underneath if desired. The material is soft and durable so far, and the battery is easily charged and hooked up. Everyone knows hospitals (and numerous other workplaces) are cold. I am wearing this at work and it is a serious lifesaver, I totally recommend this product!

I am a ski instructor in Aspen and the low temperatures in the mountains here can be really hard. This product really was amazing for my work many hours outdoors and exposed to the cold.

The coat is water & wind resistant, It is light and works well in cool temps without always needing to turn on the heater. I love this jacket! It fits very well and amazes me how quickly it heats up. Highly recommend it!!!!! If I could rate it six stars, I would!

I love this jacket. It is lightweight, heated and comes very well packed and with a battery pack and charger5. It has a hood and is water resistant. It looks very nice on and is warm and easy to use. I had questions about sizing initially and the seller was super helpful and easy to work with in terms of questions prior to ordering. Sizes (for 2020) are true to fit. I bought one for myself and one for each of my parents and they all fit perfectly. Everything seems well made and it is easy to use. I am impressed and would definitely recommend.

The jacket feels really nice and fits just perfect. I took it to the local fair here in Dallas. It got a little bit chilly and I'm glad I had it. I had the battery pack fully charged and for the fee hours I had it on it only used 5% battery. I had a heated best before that I gave away. I like this jacket better because it also has a hoodie to keep me warm all around. The inner long looks really nice and the jacket feels nice all around. It would be my go-to jacket for this year's winter and for my trip I'm taking up north.
