Well you see our septic system and pipes were causing us problems. My husband can do the work , but it takes time . So we need something in a pinch ,for a few days to a week and your commode worked out great. Now if we should need a backup for anything we have one . . Built good and did what it was suppose to do. Price was not that bad either. Beverly and Mark Gamble . From Smyrna Delaware.. Thank you .

This has been such a great purchase. During these challenging times, taking long drives was not really an option especially with small children. We put this in the back of the minivan and now have been able to safely camp and take long drives without having to worry about where we will stop to use the facilities.

This works as designed. One of my hang ups about camping was walking to the camp bathroom in the middle of the night and this solved my problem easily. It’s easy enough for my 8 year old to use and it’s not hard to clean. The blue tablets that go in the bottom to neutralize the waste are sold separately, so ensure you grab those as well. I’d buy again and recommend to a friend.

This was a great product. It was sturdy and compact. We used it for 5 days with one of the enzyme tablets and never had an odor problem. Mainly used at night to keep from having to walk 2 little girls to the bathroom. Would highly recommend.

The perfect portable toilet for the weekend. I have a non RV Ice Castle Mirage. Once the lid and seat are removed from this Portable, it fits perfectly under the seat/stool that is provided in the ice house.

The porta is so cute. It fills with an enormous amount of water - 5 gal. is a lot and I was nervous that the flush lever would use it all, but not so. You can hold it out as long or short as you want. It's a bit short to the ground but that can be fixed by mounting it on a box of some sort and certainly it's shortness makes this ideal for camping. Love it!

Although I am somewhat of a giant person, I was able to manage myself on this little thing quite well.
Even though "I" dip into the bowl a little, it's not bad. I had to buy the Porto Pack to help with the odor but what can one expect to do when you're pooping in a self contained unit that needs to be burped from time to time.

Great porta potty. Helped us during our boat trip. We now use it while building our tiny house. Easy to clean. Easy to use. Love it. Going to continue to have it in our van for future road trips.

So, all three of my bathrooms are out of commission due to mold. I set this up in my garage and it truly has been a life saver. My only wish is that it were easy to pour into the sewer drain, as I abhor the smell during the process of dumping. That being said, having the top section for an easy to use pump, the potty remains remarkably clean

The toilet is well-made. The flush pump works correctly, the two side clasps that connect the two tanks work correctly, and the two caps and gaskets form tight seals. The design of the inside of the storage tank makes it a little tricky to empty after a long weekend of camping, it takes a couple of trips of filling with water and shaking around to make sure you get everything out, which isn't the most fun job in the world, but as far as the toilet is concerned, a great products, well-made, works exactly as you need it to, and great for the price. Definitely recommend for camping/tailgating.

We used this toilet camping during the July 4th weekend. It was sturdy, easy to use (even for a child) and easy to clean. Highly recommended for a camping toilet. I would recommend using a small amount of bleach or the RV toilet stuff in the waste water catcher at the bottom to reduce any smells.

This is another great product for camping, RV or OFF the grid living. It is a few inches lower than a tall person may like but a small base can easily be made to adjust the height. It works great and the valve works similar to a regular toilet. There is no odor. The flush tank and waste tank hold a good amount. It is easy to care for regardless of the amount of usage it gets. The only issue I had is with the manual that says the two pieces slide and flip. The side are really interlocking latches. Great product and as always Amazon Prime Delivers.

Great product and terrific customer service. Received promptly and exactly as advertised.

I purchased the Porta Potty in March 2018 but it stayed in the box because I didn't need it. Until a week ago when my town suffered a five-day power outage. August 2020. When there is a power outage my household is unable to use the toilet or shower as we are below grade and need to run waste water through a sewage ejection pump. No electricity, no toilets or showers. So life is extremely difficult if there's a prolonged power outage. This was the real reason for my purchase. We can wash then water the flowers in the garden but, go to the bathroom? It was easy to set up the Porta-Potty. I added a Walex Porta-Pak for deodorizing and to treat waste in the tank. When the power was restored I emptied it into the toilet and flushed. I hosed it down with clean water, let it dry and stored it for another time. Excellent product. If I was a camper this would be one item I'd definitely take with me.

We have a small pool house in our backyard that we have transformed into a guest house due to having a guest for the month. It's The perfect size for one or two people to be able to stay in, while providing privacy. Unfortunately it does not have plumbing so we decided to get this little porta potty for middle of the night restroom needs. It works perfectly! It was super easy to set up and to empty. We use those little blue porta potty tabs in it to prevent odor. This will also work great during the summer while we're having pool parties so that guests don't have to walk into the house and track water to use the restroom. We will eventually get plumbing in the guest house but until then this is working perfectly!

I love throwing house parties and yard parties. Covid put a damper on my entire summer. But when the stay at home was lifted I was still not comfortable going out and about but missed time with my friends and family. I had a yard party with a projector two fire pits and all... But I did not want people running in and out my house touching things and breathing on all me and my daughters things - even if it was just the walls. Precaution in this time is very important. I bought this and a portable sink. The toilet was nice and compact and very easy to use and clean and gave me a lot of peace of mind. I am not sure as to how well it travels since mine was just set up in the garage but it did the job I needed it to do perfectly. Thanks

We purchased this for an overnight campout. It held up very well. We put a couple pitchers of water in the reserve tank and it did exactly what it was suppose to do. The flush function worked well. Very easy to use and simple to empty when it was time. Great Investment!

This product was well worth the cost in our first use after purchase. I camp in a pop up camper with myself and little kid and two dogs. Bathroom trips in the middle of the night were not realistic until now. We just set it up on the floor in the camper and even without the deodorant additive it did not stink the place up (we tried to only use it for urine, although the tiny human had one emergency deposit)
It was simple enough to flush and use that the three year old had no problems and sturdy enough that I was able to use it with no problem.
I was nervous dumping it, but I dumped most in the campground toilet then sprayed it out with the garden hose and bleach once we got home, let it stay open to dry and stored it away.

I participate in camping events throughout the year, and these either provide smelly, dirty portajohns, or they're poop-in-the-woods events. I have had digestive issues for ages, so that was always a source of stress for me when I should be enjoying myself. This makes things SO much easier. It's comfortable to sit on, cleans up easily, and is portable (it is heavy when it's full of water, but still manageable). It props up easily on a regular toilet to drain. I bought this with a small pop-up tent (ie shower or changing tent) so that I would have a bit more privacy inside my bigger tent, and it's perfect.

These portable toilets are a bit small for me but a welcome convenience in camp when the time comes to go. I sit mine on a stump or blocks so it sits up a little higher. It usually lasts long enough to make it home to dump it in my toilet. No drips, no spills.

So happy with this purchase. We use it for camping and also down by our lake so that friends don't have to go to the main house in their wet suits! Best money spent! Works great - easy to empty! I spent a lot of time researching tank sizes, water capacity and height of these - this is the best one for the money!

This is the second of these devices we have owned, and this one is lighter than the first one (obtained about 35 years ago), and easier to handle. I purchased this as an anniversary present for my wife (46 years) as we were about to embark on a tent camping trip. She hates to get up in the middle of the night to make her way to the campground toilets, especially in the rain, so in a brilliant flash of insight and compassion I ordered this for her. She laughed and joked about it, but after the camping trip she said this is one of the best gifts I've ever given her, especially after she had to get up during a roaring thunderstorm. Mission accomplished! We have a two-room tent, so I set it up in the second room so she had privacy. We set a small tarp underneath just in case there may have been splashing or leakage, but we had no issues with it whatsoever. We both highly recommend it.

Here’s the thing: if you are committed to a porta potty somewhere in your life you have to face one big issue: emptying it. I am one of those happy people who is not fazed by the sight and smell of human excrement on boats, in vans or in bushes. This toilet is as comfortable as any to sit on and use but where it shines is in the emptying. There is no feeble attempt to hide what you are doing, no spouts it vent buttons or any other leak prone holes in the tank. With this toilet the two halves are held together with easy external clips and the pouring out of the waste is find via a large hole which allows air to flow in and the brown sludge to flow out smoothly.
With my many and various experiences with leaky vent buttons and unreliable swiveling spouts I urge you to look harder at the simplicity and solid build of this toilet. If you fear the porta potty but crave the convenience and simplicity this is the one. Really. I sh*t you not.
