Great machine. Love it.

Sturdy machine. Only had it a couple of days but used it every day so far. The display is a bit confusing. The ‘count’ has an ‘m’ next to it which is why I thought it was distance.

Product arrived promptly and well packaged! Easy to put together and descriptions are easy to follow. Very smooth when in use and ideal with the space saving option of lifting the main bar. Would recommend.

I have never used a rowing machine before so did not want to spend lots of money on something I didn't know I was going to get on with. So far I have been very pleased with it. It is very sturdy and well put together and the increments dial for rowing strength is good so can be used for people that have low phyical abililty through mid range to harder however not sure it would quite be enough if you are used to a gym rowing machine. The one drawback to it is the little computer on board which is very basic and mine started beeping continuously after about a month so had to stop using it, but as long as you a have a fitbit or smart watch to monitor your time and heart rate and you're not bothered about monitoring the distance rowed which the computer only provides details of your previous session then this is a very good machine and would definately reccommend it

This product is excellent for the price. I recently purchased this rowing machine after reading all the reviews I took a chance after searching through endless machines and I wasnt disappointed. It a brilliant rower and it's just as good as the rowers iv used in the gym.I was worried about building it but me and my teenage son managed it no problem only took us half a hr as it is only putting about 8 pieces together. Everything was nearly packaged and when built up it can be folded up to save on space as my house isnt that big.It has 8 levels on it and I'm really enjoying using it as the resistance on it is very good .Its now part off my daily workout routine so I cant recommend this product highly enough.

Like most people, if I had the cash I'd buy a Concept 2 Rower (the one I've used in most gyms ), however given the Concept 2 is almost x4 the price, I think purchasing this model for home use is the best option.
Its very well priced, pretty easy to assemble (about 15mins - and I'm not great at DIY), and the resistance levels on the machine are good.
You will probably need to place it on a mat for extra grip, but i found using a normal yoga mat underneath has been fine.
Main reason I only gave it a 4/5 was that the display unit is pretty basic. I'm probably being a bit picky, given the price but I would have really liked a setting that showed Distance AND Time (rather than one or the other.

I do like this, it was easy to put together and is fun to use. I am a big man and have trouble getting around, the only thing I don't like is I can't get my feet in the right place because of my size. I have to keep my feet on the floor and they slip around a lot. I wish there was a lower spot for the foot restraint, Hopefully, if I keep using it I will reduce my gut enough to get my feet where they are supposed to go.

After two months of use, this well made sturdy magnetic rower has been great for home use during Covid. It is easily assembled and works well. I'm 5'11 and can extend fully while rowing.
I was used to the expensive fan rowers at a gym which keep spinning at the end of each stroke. Yes, the $1200 rowers at the gym were better, but I have been very happy with this Rowing Machine and highly recommend for home exercise.

I love this row machine! I've been feeling out of shape since this quarantine, and just walking or dog is not enough for me. I wanted something affordable, efficient and fun...so glad I picked this machine! It doesn't make much noise, it's perfect for someone in an apartment. I break a sweat every time, so I know I'm getting a good work out. Both my husband and 18 year old son have been using it as well, and they also enjoy it.

Delivery was earlier than predicted, assembly was very simple. It is smooth and perfect for beginners all the way to seasoned rower. Great value for the money. Very quiet.

Great price. Body materials somewhat lower than desired quality. It’s plastic and it arrived cracked. Contacted the seller, restitution was immediately made. When assembling the tracking monitor’s under cover fell into the body as did the battery. Very difficult to retrieve. Highly recommend that this cover is reconfigured so that it doesnt fall out. Perhaps a “casing” of sorts where the tracker just fits would be the solution, rather than just live on an empty space.

If you are a power athlete, you need to spend more. For the rest of us, it is a good one. Resistance is plenty. I am 6' with long legs and I am not at the stop when extended - about 3 inches from it.

Bought this rowing machine for the family, Much better than expected, excellent quality sturdy, well packaged, Used by all 4 members of the family. from 5'6" to long legged 6'5" son, 245 lbs. Much better tension (intensity levels for harder workout), then expected, IMO, better resistance than my concept rower, which I still like. The tension is easy to change, Our daughter- in law- likes resistance 1 level. I use the 4 and occasionally the 8 for extra hard rowing for a few minutes than back to 4 etc. Highly recommend, it's quiet, easy to transport from room to room on rollers. The read out calculator gives you the basics. It's nice also that the seat is more elevated for easier on/off then most rowers, seat is comfortable. Only three minor complaints for me when assembled the middle leg not quite reach floor (Misses by 1/4 inch") but no big deal, as can either put small board under it or in my case not worry about it at all and I like the wide rowing handle but would angle it just slightly more (somewhat more like a slight V) for harder rowing(easier on hands, but no big deal). 3 Note: great foot pedals for basically all size feet, bit I'm 13 Wide shoe EEE, son 16EEEE. However I wish for wider feet that the foot stirrups by heal would be slightly wider as wider athletic shoes can be tight, but basically most any size shoe will fit even much smaller feet and the foot stirrups pivot which is great. Maybe mfgr can address(. Only had a month, but it's getting good use and very satisfied.

Great machine. Love it. Not too bad to put together. Not too hard to move around. It is bulky. But it’s a rowing machine. It feels very stable while using. Would recommend to anyone. Almost silent to use.

This rower was pretty easy to assemble. It obviously isn't top-of-the-line - you're getting what you pay for. That said, it is pretty solid and doesn't do any weird flexing for me (6', 220lbs).
My only complaint so far is that it was shipped with the drive belt severely overtightened - no deflection at all. This would cause the rower to start "clicking" after about 10 minutes of rowing as everything started heating up and the bearings started binding. I backed off the belt tension considerably and fixed the issue. This probably isn't something a normal buyer can be expected to do though and should be addressed at the factory.

The machine is solid. Gives a good work out. Took me about 30 minutes to put together by myself. All pieces were packaged in a way that makes assembly extremely easy.

So far so good, pretty easy to put together, I'm 6'-2", 245lbs, this machine works well for my size, it's very smooth and I row 500 times which takes about 23 minutes, build up a good sweat and gets my heart pumping, very low impact. I do need an extra cushion on the seat as I noticed my butt goes numb after 20 minutes.
Great machine, happy I bought it.

Taking it out of the box took a while but nothing was damaged in shipment. The user manual suggested using two people to assemble machine - poo - one person can handle this job! Loved how the hardware package was organized according to assembly steps - so easy to follow. The only problem I had was in step 5. The issue was a "locked" washer/screw on the axis. My brain got fixated on not being able to remove both screws on the axis - it's not necessary to remove both screws - leave one screw attached to axis, insert axis through top hole in main frame, insert second screw/washer at other end of axis; insert "Ball Head Pin" in lower hole on main frame and Step 5 completed! My husband (age 84) and I (age 77) have both used the rower...easy on/off for seniors, quiet operation. easy to fold up and move. Hope this information is helpful to anyone considering this Folding Magnetic Rowing Machine.
