Directions could have been written better, but non the less with two people and 7 hours later, we did it. Love the cedar wood! Slide and accessories came in great condition, no cracks. The wood on the other hand had a few small cracks in wood here and there. Also package was delivered 4 days earlier than delivery date which was nice. Overall happy customer the kids will love it once we set up the protective surfacing and make everything pretty and fun and more importantly safe.

We hesitated to buy because of the reviews but we were desperate for Christmas and the price was nice. It’s smaller than expected, but my 8 y/o is petite so it won’t be a huge problem. The chalk board is a soft tarp. The slide was cracked. Many boards were warped. It did come a day early in a really beaten up box.

So happy with our purchase!! It took two of us about 4 hours to put together and the instructions were very easy to follow. Very sturdy and durable, and affordable. We added the little tikes baby swing for our little one who absolutely loves this set! We purchased 3 50lb bags of sand for the sand box which fit and filled it perfectly.

Honestly it is a very big projects for one person. My advice is to have at least 1 or 2 people to help. The wood we received was cracked in a lot of the boards , but I bought wood sealer to ensure it lasts. Over all the product is decent quality and for the price point of other swing sets , I was very happy with my purchase. After all , it is for a toddler and ages 3 to 9. Better price then the 2000 dollars that the other swing sets cost.

I almost returned this after reading the reviews. So glad I didn't! My daughter is 9 and weighs 110lbs. It is a little small but she fits in it fine and absolutely loves it. Great quality wood and fasteners. It is holding up well, great purchase!

Sadly, the 4-hour assembly was not true; a small piece was missing and the recipient of this gift was unable to get the missing piece. He was able to Jerry-rig a piece and my grandson loves the slide and swings.

If you are able to carefully follow directions and have patience and some help then can put this together fairly easily using the include book. We did look at the app once or twice but don't have to have it. It is small, which is fine because child is still young. It is definitely not for an older child. The top of the slide comes up maybe chest high and I'm 5'4".

Good Value for the price. The playset is a built pretty well. Nice straight wood, everything that should be pre-drilled was. All the hardware (screws, bolts, washers, etc.) are all marked Fantastically in their own bags, the wood pieces are also all marked well. We did have a piece of wood that was cracked on delivery, and the company promptly sent a replacement. The paper instructions Can be confusing, SO PLEASE save yourself time and download the BILT AP and use it It is a GREAT tool. Its 3D, you can flip around the pieces, rehear the instruction, etc. If I Only used the paper instructions the assembly would have been much longer. All in all, we are happy with the playset. I did apply 2 coats of clear weather seal on it to help it stand up to the elements.

This is fantastic for littles. We had it sent up in 3 hours with two people. The instructions are easy to follow and it comes with extra nuts/bolts if you were to misplace any. This isn’t for older children as the weight limit is only 140lbs but works perfect for my toddler.

I bought this swing set for my grandbabies and they love it! They are 7 and 18 mos. I wouldn't buy it for older kids because there isn't a lot to do on it and they may get bored easily and it's kinda hard to fit through the wood but as I said that only pertains to teens really. It took about 2 hours to put together with 3 adults who all know how to build things but it's well worth the money and I would def buy again.
