The pieces came nicely boxed. The pictured instructions were good enough for even me to assemble the bench. Bench covering perfect and steel supports seem adequate for the average strength individual. The only star deduction is for a hole on both weight stands were drilled all the way through but the rubber cushion covered the j-hook pin hole and I had to get a drill and clear the rubber out of the hole

The bench is exactly what I was looking for. It holds the weight capacity I was looking for, folds up so doesn't take up much space when not being used and is very reasonably priced.

Perfect weigh bench. Takes up a small space, easy to assemble, and most importantly, reasonably priced. When it arrived I thought it may be cheap. Once I put it together I saw that it was well built and sturdy. It takes up very little space when folded up, which is easy to do. Very satisfied.

Great smaller home sized weight bench .. not a big bench for big weight #s but nice and sturdy for guys like me just trying to stay in shape with 220lbs on bench for reps.. pretty simple and study assembly

Very easy to assemble. Great buy and economical. I helped my friend assemble the bench she purchased for her son and I purchased mine soon after.

The weight bench was super easy to put together and is very sturdy. It’s the perfect size for a home gym even if you don’t have tons of space and it folds up for easy storage. It was the best price for what I was looking for and is definitely worth the price.

My son lifts weights to get stronger for his baseball career. This bench will keep him safer during his workouts.

My so did not have a lot of space in his room for a bench press, and this solved the problem perfectly.
It folds up and stores the bar when not in use

It was a month late however I was not in a rush We are now setting up our home gym looks good too

Just got this today and it is great. I will say that it is for a shorter person, teen or pre-teen though. Me being 5'2 it is just right for me. The directions are not the best but the unit is great. I highly recommend this unit.

We just put this bench together and it wasn't bad, only issue we had was connecting the bench top the side legs, the instructions missed a step so we had to go back and unscrew one side to get the middle Pole in but that was ready enough. So far so good, I'm excited to use it!

This 1/2 rack with bench is perfect for my home gym. The bench folds up and pins in place to reduce the foot print of the bench. The square tube frames are really sturdy and heavy duty hardware for assembly adds to the sturdiness of the rack and bench. Easy to assemble and will last a long time.

I received my bench and was able to put it together in about 20 minutes with the help of my wife. I could have done it alone, but she was willing to help. I immediately started some bench presses and the the bench was sturdy and withstood my weight and the weight I was lifting easily. This bench is somewhat narrow. I have broad shoulders and it is a little tight, but more importantly it takes up a small space in my garage. Overall, I recommend!

Loved it. Great product for the price and convenience. To assemble it. I used my impact drill and wrenches. It came with bolts and wrenches. I took 30 minutes and had it built and bench pressing with my weights. You can just fold and put your cross bar in the bottom base hooks and makes it heavier and secure in the 4 legged base. You would have to really hit hard to tumble it of the ground. I use the top hooks for bench press and the bottom hooks for resting the base and tuck away and you done :) Whoever design this bench made it easier and convenient :D.

I am very pleased with the purchase of this bench. It gets the job done and I have tested it under a load of up to 330lbs (my wight plus the loaded barbell) and it did not collapse on me nor did it feel like it would give out under me. My sense was that the 330lbs was rated for the barbell with weights alone, but the instruction manual did not specify. I will never in my life bench 330lbs, so I'm not sweating that. If you are benching opwards of 200lbs, then your frame is probably too big for this bench. It is convenient that it can fold up. Note: when performing bench pressing, you'll have to grip on the outside of the weight holder, but you can also grip on the inside to target more of your triceps. Some reviews took issue with the hardware so I was anticipating a nightmare, but I found it sufficient after simply using logic to sort out what bolts went where with the numbers the instruction manual assigned to the hardware for assist. Granted, there is a clearly a missing illustration that could help show the bench being installed on page 7, but if you woke up this morning and figured out how to breathe and operate your computer, you'll work out that you need to actually put the bench between the two bars that hold the weights.

The workout station arrived without any damage. Setup took around 15 minutes to complete. This certainly is a well-made product and quite sturdy. I was initially concerned that there may be some cheap plastics in the product, but I couldn't find any. The base has tough rubber grips that prevent any sort of wobbling. Even as an assembled product it is fairly easy to move around.

I had only three criteria when I was looking for my workout bench. A price that would fit into my budget, the stability to securely hold 220+ pounds of barbell weight (plus my body weight of 190 pounds), and the ability to fold up due to my relatively small in-home gym space.
This product met and exceeded all my criteria and expectations!
I believe it says it can hold up to 330 pounds. I have a basic 220-pound weight set this barbell spotter rack and bench are more than sturdy and adequate for this amount of weight, and then some.
It is an extremely easy one-person assembly. I got it finished 45 minutes plus, (less than the stated 60-minute assembly time.)
I used the provided tools to assemble the barbell rack and weight bench but then pulled out my tools for the final tightening. That would not have been required but my last thorough tightening was more for my peace of mind.
All the pieces fit together with ease, which is not always the case with metal-on-metal assemblies. All the hardware and pieces were in great shape.
The instructions were easy to follow too. If I have one negative to insert here the Hardware listing was a tad confusing (to me at least.) A few bolts and nuts were duplicated in #1 to #14 hardware listing. But once I figured that out I hade zero issues with the actual assembly.
Since setting up my Workout Station a month plus ago, it continues to be one of the smartest purchases I have made. The price was exactly right, the quality and sturdiness of the unit is sound, and the ability to fold up the bench makes it a great space-saver in my new home gym!
