- Damage caused by accidents (drops, dents, impact)
- Water or liquid damage
- Damage from misuse, negligence, or improper installation
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Use of incorrect voltage on electronic devices
- Fire, flood, or natural disaster damage
- Commercial or industrial use (if product is meant for home use)
- Damage from shipping after customer misuse
Warranty also does not apply if:
- Serial numbers or labels are removed
- The product shows signs of tampering
- The product was purchased from an unauthorized seller
5. Warranty Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for warranty service, the customer must provide:
- Valid order number
- Proof of purchase (email receipt)
- Photos and/or videos showing the defect
- A detailed description of the issue
- Product must be purchased directly from WAREHOUSECHOICE’s official website
Warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
6. Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your product qualifies for warranty service, follow these steps:
STEP 1—Contact Us

- Photos/videos clearly showing the defect
STEP 2—Claim Review
Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days (Monday–Saturday) and determine eligibility.
STEP 3—Approval/Denial Notification
You will receive an email confirming:
- Warranty approval
- Warranty denial
- Additional information needed
STEP 4—Resolution Options
If approved, we will provide one of the following:
- Free replacement
- Free repair (if applicable)
- Partial refund
- Full refund (only when repair or replacement is not possible)
- Store credit equivalent
7. Warranty Shipping Costs
Under Canadian Consumer Protection standards:
- If the defect is manufacturer-related
WAREHOUSECHOICE covers 100% of the shipping cost (both ways if a return is needed).
- If customer-caused damage
Return shipping is not covered, and the warranty is void.
International Customers
Worldwide customers receive the same warranty benefits.
However:
- Replacement shipping is free
- Return shipping may vary depending on region (only if product must be physically returned)
8. Warranty Void Conditions
Warranty becomes void if:
- The product is misused or used outside intended purpose
- Customer attempts unauthorized repair
- Damage caused by negligence
- Product altered/modified after purchase
- Improper installation or assembly
- Evidence of liquid damage or physical trauma
9. Inspection & Evaluation
Once we receive the returned product (if required), our Quality Control team will:
- Inspect the product
- Verify the defect
- Evaluate the cause
If QC inspection shows:
- The damage was caused by customer misuse → Warranty will be denied
- The defect is manufacturer-related. → Warranty will be honored
10. Replacement, Repair & Refund Terms
Replacement
A new unit of the same model will be sent.
If unavailable, the customer may choose:
- Comparable model
- Store credit
- Refund
Repair
If applicable, the product may be repaired at no cost.
Refund
Refunds are issued only if repair or replacement is not possible.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days (Monday - Saturday) after approval.
11. International Warranty Obligations
