How do I place an order?
Simply add your desired products to the cart and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping and payment details to complete the purchase.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is available. However, creating an account helps you track orders easily.
Can I modify my order?
Orders can be modified within 24 hours if not shipped. After shipment, changes cannot be made.

How long does shipping take?
- USA: 4–6 business days (Monday - Saturday)
- Worldwide: 5–12 business days (Monday - Saturday)
Delays may occur due to customs, weather, holidays, or carrier issues.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Tracking will be provided within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, within 24 hours of order placement—unless the order has shipped.

Yes! We accept returns within 28 business days (Monday - Saturday) of delivery.
What product condition must be met for returns?
Items must be new, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
Yes. A 20% restocking fee applies ONLY for:
- Wrong item ordered
- Change of mind
- Size/fit issues
- Customer errors
No restocking fee for defective/wrong products.
Who pays return shipping?
- Defective/Wrong items → FREE return shipping
- Customer-fault returns → Customer pays actual return shipping
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days (Monday - Saturday) after return approval and inspection.
6. Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my order?
Yes—within 24 hours of purchase.
On—within, cancellation is not possible.
What if I ordered accidentally?

Yes. Most products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering:

My package is marked delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
If tracking shows “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Check with neighbors, the mailbox, or the local courier.
My product arrived damaged or wrong.
Email us within 48 hours with photos/videos.
We will replace or refund free of cost.
My order is delayed.
Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or courier issues.
Please allow extra time for international shipments.
