5. Verification Process

To protect your privacy, we must verify your identity.

We may ask for:

  • Email address used during purchase
  • Order number
  • Billing/shipping information (partial, not full)

We will never ask for:

  • Credit card numbers
  • Social Security numbers
  • Sensitive ID information

Once verified, we will process your request within 15 business days, as required by California law.
