Order Cancellation Policy

At WAREHOUSECHOICE, we understand that sometimes mistakes happen or circumstances change. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we allow customers to cancel their orders under certain conditions.
Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- If your request is made within 24 hours and before the order is shipped, the cancellation will be approved instantly.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
This is because once the package enters the shipping queue, we cannot retrieve or stop it.
2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Your order cannot be cancelled if:
- It has already been packed for dispatch
- It has been handed over to the courier
- Tracking information has been generated
- It was placed more than 24 hours ago
- The cancellation request is missing order details
If the order has shipped, you must wait to receive it and then submit a return request following our Return & Refund Policy
3. How to Request a cancellation
To cancel your order, please follow this process:
Step 1—Email Us
Send an email to: info@warehouseschoice.com
Include:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for cancellation
Step 2—Our Team Reviews Your Request
You will receive a response within 1–2 business days (Monday - Saturday) confirming whether the cancellation was approved or denied.
Step 3—Cancellation Approval/Denial
- If approved, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
- If denied, the order has already shipped; you may return the product after delivery.
4. Refund After Cancellation
If your cancellation request is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refund processing time: 10 business days (Monday - Saturday)
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund
5. Partial Cancellations
We do not support partial cancellations for orders containing multiple items.
If you purchased several products and want to cancel only one:

The full order will be cancelled if still within the 24-hour window
or - You must return the unwanted item after receiving the package
6. Cancellation of International Orders
International orders (outside Canada and the USA) follow the same rules:
- Must cancel within 24 hours
- Cannot cancel if the order has shipped
- Customs delays, flight loading, or transport issues do not qualify for cancellation
Once shipped internationally, the package cannot be intercepted.
7. Accidental Orders / Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally placed duplicate orders or purchased the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately within the 24-hour window
- We will cancel the extra order if it has not been shipped
Customers are responsible for entering correct information before checkout.
8. Orders Delayed in Shipping Cannot Be Cancelled
Shipping delays caused by:
- Weather
- Customs
- Carrier delays
- Seasonal volume
- Logistics congestion
9. Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already shipped:
- It cannot be cancelled
- You may return the item after delivery
- Customer responsible for return shipping (unless product is damaged or defective)
Once tracking information is generated, the order becomes non-cancelable.
10. Special-Case Considerations
We may consider exceptions for cancellations in rare cases such as:
- Wrong address entered
- Payment charged multiple times
- Fraudulent transaction suspected
These are evaluated individually by our support team.
11. Fraud, Abuse & Misuse
WAREHOUSECHOICE reserves the right to:
- Deny cancellation requests that appear excessive or abusive
- Cancel any order suspected of fraud
- Block customers who misuse our cancellation or return system
12. Policy Updates
We may update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time.
All changes become effective immediately after being posted on our website.
Customers are responsible for reviewing this page regularly.
